Because of the nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene and quality control standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or the seal has been broken.
Please make sure you are certain about your selection before completing your order.


2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived defective or leaking

In these cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.


3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and a deion of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it qualifies under the above return conditions.
