How long does delivery take?

We deliver to all regions across Saudi Arabia.
Typically, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your city and courier company.

Can I return or exchange a perfume?

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
However, if you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
